Our Solstice Sunrise is what we call a dry, northern "Rose". The rhubarb creates an initial tart experience follow by the sweet apple finish. Alaska spruce tips add a unique citrus flare. The coloration from the mixture of fruits resembles the beginning of a never-ending June day.
